Holdinggesellschaft der Schweizer Rohwerkeindustrie
Diese Holding mit Sitz in Neuchâtel (Neuenburg) wurde am 27. Dezember 1926 durch die A. Schild AG (ASSA) Grenchen, die Fabrique d'horlogerie de Fontainemelon (FHF) und die A. Michel AG (AMSA) Grenchen gegründet. Dieser Zusammenschluss umfasste die wichtigsten Rohwerkehersteller (ETA, AS, FHF, Unitas, Peseux, Valjoux usw.) und stellte die erste größere Konzentration in der Schweizer Uhrenindustrie dar. Das Ziel bestand darin, unter Beibehaltung einer weitgehenden wirtschaftlichen Selbständigkeit der Mitgliedsfirmen, die Konkurrenz untereinander auszuschalten, den Rohwerkeverkauf zu koordinieren, die Produktpalette zu straffen sowie Spezialisierungen und sinnvolle Neuentwicklungen zu fördern. 1931 trat die Ebauches SA der ASUAG bei.
